Pantry attendant
The resource will work in the pantry department and will be responsible for the management and delivery of food and materials needed by the facility. He/she will have the task of keeping the goods in order and taking care of the relevant inventory to always guarantee the availability of stocks.
Experience in the role is required, availability to work on weekends and holidays, availability to work on shifts and flexible hours.
Chief Steward
Specific experience in the role is required, along with schedule flexibility and availability to work weekends and holidays. The candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen's dishwashing/cleaning staff, organizing their work in collaboration with the Kitchen Managers' needs.

ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK
Specific experience in the role is required, along with knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and basic understanding of financial statements. The candidate will be responsible for accounting entries, bank reconciliations, supplier/customer ledgers, and administrative tasks.

RECEPTION
The sought-after candidate, who will be placed in the Reception Department, is required to have at least 3 years of professional experience in 5-star luxury hotel settings, excellent knowledge of English and another foreign language, proficiency in hotel management software, and the Office package. Strong problem-solving skills, a predisposition for teamwork, and flexibility are also required.

SALES MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement, in collaboration with the Commercial Management, strategies for acquiring new clients.
- Analyze the market and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company in meetings, industry events, trade fairs, and promotional trips, enhancing the brand’s image and its key features.
- Contribute to the company's growth through new approaches and strategies.
- Prepare periodic reports on the actions taken, market developments, and potential new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years of prior experience in sales roles.

- Availability to travel both within Italy and internationally.

TECHNICAL OPERATOR
Working alongside the Maintenance Manager, the TechnicalOperator will be responsible for managing plant operations and ensuring thefunctionality of production activities by performing the following tasks:
- Supervise and regulate production and distribution systems, ensuring monitoring and control of parameters.
- Maintain refrigeration plants.
- Repair and install refrigeration units.
- Operate boilers.
- Maintain climate control systems to ensure environmental comfort.
- Possess knowledge of technological systems.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations on health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards, as well as company procedures and technical standards.
- Inspect equipment within the systems.
- Identify potential improvements in production processes to increase plant efficiency.
- Liaise with specialized maintenance operators.
- Perform basic mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Carry out basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Provide on-call service coverage.
- Ensure the maintenance programs for central plant systems and networks.
Preferred Availability:
Full-time (40 hours per week) with shifts, including weekends and publicholidays. (Part-time availability will also be considered.)
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Technical diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience as a plant operator.
- Availability to work shifts.
- Strong manual skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, with a strong problem-solving attitude.
- Good knowledge of workplace safety regulations (D.Lgs 81/08).
- (Preferred) Certification for operating thermal plants (D.Lgs 152/06 - Law 13.07.1966 n.615).
- (Preferred) F-GAS personal certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
