HOTEL HASSLER and PALAZZETTO ROMA are looking for:

DEPARTMENTS BREAKFAST, ROOM SERVICE, BAR, RESTAURANT, CUISINE, BAR IL PALAZZETTO:

- Pastry Commis

- Night Chef 

- Chef de Rang/d’Etage

- Commis /Runner 

- Bartender

Specific experience in the role of at least 2 years is required, flexibility, availability to work night and evening shifts (must)

-Pantry attendant

The resource will work in the pantry department and will be responsible for the management and delivery of food and materials needed by the facility. He/she will have the task of keeping the goods in order and taking care of the relevant inventory to always guarantee the availability of stocks.

Experience in the role is required, availability to work on weekends and holidays, availability to work on shifts and flexible hours.

Chief Steward
Specific experience in the role is required, along with schedule flexibility and availability to work weekends and holidays. The candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen's dishwashing/cleaning staff, organizing their work in collaboration with the Kitchen Managers' needs.

SALES MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement, in collaboration with the Commercial Management, strategies for acquiring new clients.
• Analyze the market and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company in meetings, industry events, trade fairs, and promotional trips, enhancing the brand’s image and its key features.
• Contribute to the company's growth through new approaches and strategies.
• Prepare periodic reports on the actions taken, market developments, and potential new business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• At least 2 years of prior experience in sales roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Availability to travel both within Italy and internationally.
• Previous experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus.
