Our gender equality policy emphasizes the appreciation and safeguarding of diversity and equal opportunities within the workplace. This is managed through a system designed to maintain compliance with regulatory standards, tracked by specific KPIs that measure and monitor progress over time.
Hassler Roma’s policies on personnel management, career progression, and internal communication are structured to foster gender equality, support diversity, and encourage the growth of women’s potential. The company has also implemented policies to ensure equal representation of genders in panels, roundtable discussions, events, conferences, and other meetings. Our efforts are guided by a Steering Committee, which includes Veruschka B. Wirth (CEO), Roberto B. Wirth (Executive President), and Tiziana Iacobelli (Head of HR), to ensure the effective adoption and continuous application of our gender equality policy.
The gender equality policy will be:
- Directed by the General Management, in coordination with the Steering Committee;
- Communicated internally and externally to relevant stakeholders;
- Incorporated into the training and awareness initiatives for company management;
- Regularly reviewed or updated at least every eight months based on changes, occurrences, evaluations, and monitoring results;
- Overseen by the Human Resources Manager, equipped with adequate organizational and gender-related competencies.
